Where do you ship?
Riccci gather factories from the source in China. Each order will be directly shipped from the factories to our warehouse. After Riccci final quality inspection, we ship your order from Guangzhou City, China.
How much does shipping cost?
Split by shipping destination: U.S. and other regions.
1) Shipping to the U.S.
Free shipping on all orders no matter how much costs.
2) Shipping to other regions.
There is a extra shipping charge from system calculation.
When will I receive my order?
Deliveries are made on business days. (From Monday to Friday), Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be processed the next available business day.
Please note circumstances out of our control such as natural disasters, holiday delays, etc. may cause shipping delays and postponements. Delivery of products will be subject to the Terms of Service provided by the carrier.
