1.If the quality of the product itself or damage, we allow you to refund or replacement. You can use the most common way to return to China. We will return the money to you after we receive it.

 

2.As the wholesale price is too low.Please check your bags’ parameters and dimensions, any additional size issues that the exchange fee is borne by yourself.

 

3.Any product should remain in the original state before returning, without damage, no stains, otherwise we will not accept the returned package.

 

4.If you receive a quality problem, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and send the exact photo to show you what the problem is. After confirmation, we will continue to refund or replacement procedures. Promotional items does not apply to return or replacement.

 

5.After ordering, can not be canceled, but if you really need to change, please contact us within 24 hours after order processing.
