Custom Fee
Orders to the USA
US customers won’t see any customs charges.
Orders to Canada
If the total items are worth CAN$20 or less, there is no duty or tax payable. If the total items are worth more than CAN$20, you must pay the applicable duty, the GST or HST, and any PST on the item's full value.
Orders to United Kingdom
If the total items are worth £135 or less, there is no duty or tax payable. If the total items are worth more than £135, items above £135 and up to £630 may be charged at 2.5%.
Orders to Australia
If the total items are worth AUD1,000 or less, there is no duty or tax payable. If the total items are worth more than AUD1,000, you will need to fill out an Import Declaration, and pay duties, taxes and charges at the border.
Orders to EU country
VAT is payable on your purchase irrespective of the value of the goods.
Orders to other countries
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination location. You may google online for more information about the custom fee to your country.

Sales Tax is free to the US and other countries.

When will l receive my order?
For Pre-Order Items
If your order has only one pre-order item, your order will be arrived at the date stating on the description of this pre-order item.
If your order has 2 or more pre-order items, your order will be arrived at the date stating on the description of the pre-order item which is with the later date.
If you would like to get the order within about 15 days, please order only items in stock.
For In-Stock Items
For orders ship to the United States, it takes about 7-12 business days to arrive.
For orders ship to US territories, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and APO/FPO addresses, it takes about 10-15 business days to arrive.

How long does it take to receive pre-order items?
If your order has only one pre-order item, it will be arrived at the Expected Delivery Date stating on the description of this pre-order item.
If your order has 2 or more pre-order items, it will be arrived at the Expected Delivery Date stating on the description of the pre-order item which is with the later date.

Do you have Express or Next-Day Shipping?
As part of our products are pre order items, so we only provide Standard Shipping to United States and other countries. Express Shipping and Next-Day Shipping is unavailable. If you want to get your order in 7-12 business days after placing orders, please only choose products marked with "In stock items" which can be found on descrption of the product page.

Where is the item shipped?
Riccci is shipping from China factories directly to United States and worldwide. Wherever you're, it's easy to shop from us. Factories warehouses are all around the world including United States, Europe, Oceania and Asia. We ship your order from the best warehouse according to the product availability, inventory and shipping address to shorten the shipping time from getting your packages. Like if you're located in United States, we may ship your items from United States, Europe or Asia depending on the stocks status there.

Why hasn't my order shipped?
Riccci is an online shopping mall selling pre-order and in-stock items. These pre-order items will become in stock after the pre sale period ends which is about 15-20 days. When these items in your order are back in stock, we'll ship your order at the first time. Sometimes, we may ship part of your order firstly if your order has 3 or more items.
If you would like to get the order within 15 days, please order only items in stock.
For Pre-Order Items
If your order has only one pre-order item, your order will be delivered on the date stating on the description of this pre-order item.
If your order has 2 or more pre-order items, your package will be delivered on the date stating on the description of the pre-order item which is with the later date.
For In-Stock Items
If your order has only in-stock items, your order will be shipped within 3 days.

How do l change or cancel my order?
If you've purchased the wrong items, sizes, or colors, or even you've used the wrong address and would like to make some changes. Don't worry and contact us right now. As we're fulfilling really fast after getting your order, we can not guarantee that your order will be changed successfully, but we will do our best.
If you would like to cancel your order, we highly recommend you can think over it again. We believe you will be loving our items. If you decide not to ship your order, please contact us.
We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible! While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been shipped, you are welcome to return your items in accordance with our Returns Policy when your order is arrived.

How can l add items if my order was already paid?
We're unable to add items to your order if it was placed and paid already. You can place another order for other items you would like to purchase.

Why was my order cancelled?
There are several reasons why your order may have been canceled:
1. The item(s) sold out.
2. The pre-order item(s) stopped selling.
3. We are unable to verify your billing information and/or your billing address does not match the credit card on file for the order.
If the billing address stated on the order does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Once updated, you may create a new order using the correct billing address.
Note: If your order is canceled for any of the reasons above, you will receive an email confirming your order’s cancellation. The full amount of the order will be refunded back to the original form of payment used. Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution.

Why do l only receive part of my order?
We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible! Items that have inventory will be shipped first. You can log into your account to check the shipping status and tracking number for each item in your order.

Why did my payment fail?
If your payment for an order has failed, it may be due to the following situations:
CVV/CVC Code: The CVV/CVC code is the 3-digit code on the back of your credit card.
Please note that an incorrect CVV/CVC code can cause payment failure. Please verify that you have entered the correct card security code and try again.
Insufficient funds: If you see an “Insufficient Funds” error when you make payment with your credit card, please make sure that you have sufficient funds in your account in order to proceed.
Exceed Credit Card limits: Please make sure the order amount does not exceed your credit card limit.
Verification failed: If your order has been canceled for security reasons, your payment will not be sent to us. In this situation, some banks will hold the payment for up to 7 business days before releasing it back to the cardholder. Contact your bank or card issuer if you have any questions about this. To proceed with your order, use another payment method.
If you have been charged but order status is unpaid, please contact us for confirmation with transaction ID or PayPal payment receipt.

Why don't l receive my order when it is delivered?
If the tracking says delivered, and you didn't receive the package, please check at your mailbox, front door, or check with neighbors if the package is in their mailbox.
And we would recommend reporting to the local Post Office and asking for help.
